Role & responsibilities
• On-site Sales Executive role based in North Pune with an attractive incentive structure
• Perform lead qualification through inbound and outbound calling
• Assist clients in identifying properties aligned with their requirements and budget
• Present detailed and accurate property information in a professional manner
• Schedule and conduct site visits based on client needs
• Stay updated on Market Trends, and Project Updates, and New Launches
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS, and sales pipeline data
Preferred candidate profile
• 6 months to 2 years experience with a Channel Partner firm or real estate brokerage (North Pune preferred)
• Strong knowledge of local markets: Moshi, Chikhali, Charholi, and nearby micro-markets
• Good understanding of residential real estate (under-construction & ready-to-move projects)
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined with follow-ups
