Conduct Site Visits & Close Deals

● Schedule and lead property tours for prospective tenants.

● Present properties effectively, highlighting USPs and addressing tenant queries.

● Follow up consistently and convert visits into successful lease closures.

Negotiate & Finalize Agreements

● Negotiate rental rates, lock-in periods, and key terms with tenants.

● Coordinate with legal/admin teams to finalize and execute lease agreements.

● Ensure compliance with internal leasing policies and processes.

Maintain CRM & Documentation

● Keep all property listings, tenant leads, and deal status updated in the CRM system. ● Store and manage documentation related to lease agreements, KYC, and payment terms.

Conduct Market Research

● Monitor local rental trends and pricing benchmarks in key Noida sectors.

● Provide insights to optimize rental pricing and marketing strategies.

● Track competitor activity and new developments in the area.

Ensure Timely Leasing & Vacancy Management

● Work towards minimizing property vacancy timelines.

● Prioritize high-value and long-vacant listings for faster turnaround.

● Report weekly leasing status and deal pipeline to management.
