Job Description: Sales Manager (Real Estate – All Asset Classes)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Manager to manage sales across residential, commercial, retail, industrial, and plotted developments. The role covers enquiry handling, lead management, site visits, negotiations, and closures, ensuring seamless customer experience and achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle enquiries and leads through tele calling, walk-ins, referrals, and digital channels.
• Maintain and update CRM/database for leads, follow-ups, and reporting.
• Conduct site visits with prospective clients and provide project briefings.
• Build rapport with customers and recommend suitable projects as per requirements.
• Manage negotiations and ensure timely deal closures.
• Track competitor projects, market pricing, and customer trends.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotional activities.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
Requirements:
• Graduate or above (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred, not mandatory).
• 1–2 years of sales experience (real estate preferred; high-performing freshers may also apply).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
