Fine Acers is looking for a Sales Manager who can independently drive sales, build investor relationships, and close deals with minimal handholding. This is not a role for someone waiting for leads to be given, it’s for someone who already has a network, knows how to generate opportunities, and can create processes that help scale the business. Key Responsibilities
 Driveinvestor and customer sales for all Fine Acers projects.
 Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, brokers, and channel partners.
 Create and manage your own sales pipeline with little to no handholding.
 Setupreporting processes and systems to help scale sales operations.
 Represent Fine Acers at investor meetings, events, and forums.
What We’re Looking For
 5+years of sales experience (luxury real estate, investments, or hospitality preferred).
 Astrong personal network of investors, brokers, or channel partners.
 Proven ability to close high-value deals independently.
 Self-starter with strong negotiation and communication skills.
 Highenergy, target-driven, and motivated by incentives.
