Key Responsibilities
Work on qualified leads provided by the company and convert them into successful property sales.
Proactively generate additional leads through networking, cold calling, digital campaigns, and referrals.
Conduct property viewings and present available listings to prospective clients.
Build strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts to close sales deals.
Maintain accurate client records, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Keep updated with Dubai’s property market, new projects, and competitive listings.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote property listings and campaigns.
