We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Real Estate Sales Executive who can handle property inquiries, meet clients, and close deals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sales ability, and a passion for real estate.
Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, and site visits
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
Conduct property presentations and project briefings
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Coordinate site visits and guide clients professionally
Follow up with leads and maintain CRM updates
Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets
Stay updated with market trends, new projects, and real estate pricing
Work closely with the sales team and management to improve conversions
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales (Freshers can apply if confident)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Knowledge of Gurgaon real estate market is a plus
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Must have own vehicle for site visits
