Role summary
We’re seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to generate and convert leads, conduct property showings, and build relationships with buyers, sellers and brokers across New Friends Colony and neighbouring South Delhi localities. This is a high-energy, target-driven role with strong earning potential via commissions.
Key responsibilities
Generate leads via door-to-door outreach, local networking, walk-ins, and follow-ups.
Arrange and conduct property viewings and neighborhood tours for prospective buyers/tenants.
Qualify leads quickly and maintain accurate records in the CRM (or Excel).
Build relationships with local brokers, societies’ office-bearers and influencers.
Prepare and share property details, photos, and short video walkthroughs with clients.
Negotiate terms between buyers and sellers and follow through until closure.
Coordinate site visits, documentation checks and liaise with legal/operations teams.
Meet weekly and monthly sales targets; report performance metrics to manager.
Qualifications & skills
0–3 years experience in real estate field sales, retail sales, or similar (freshers with strong local network may apply).
Strong knowledge of South Delhi geography — especially New Friends Colony, Greater Kailash, Lajpat Nagar, etc.
Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills; confident in face-to-face selling.
Smartphone-savvy (WhatsApp, Google Maps, short video creation).
Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred (or easy mobility).
Honest, punctual, and customer-focused.
Comfortable working evenings/weekends as needed.
