Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Relationship Manager to
build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with our clients. The ideal
candidate will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth
execution of campaigns, client satisfaction, and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities:
•Sourcing potential clients for our lead generation service through networking, cold calling,
nurturing leads, etc.
•Scheduling and conducting one-on-one meetings with potential clients.
•Demonstrating our software and explaining about the services we provide.
•Convince the potential clients and try to make closures by collecting payments.
•Briefing the marketing team about the client's requirement and ensuring quality delivery.
•Maintaining good relationship with the clients and keep the retention rate high.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
•2–4years of experience in client servicing/relationship management (real estate marketing
experience preferred).
•Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social
media)
•Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
•Problem-solving attitude with client-first mindset.
•Ability to handle multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
•Proficiency in MSOffice, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards
