We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The role involves generating leads, meeting potential clients, and converting prospects into successful property sales. You will be responsible for site visits, client presentations, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential buyers through field visits and networking
Conduct property site visits and explain project details
Follow up with leads and close sales deals
Maintain client database and sales reports
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure
Requirements:
0–3 years of experience in sales (real estate preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach
Must own a vehicle and be open to field work
