Overview
Garg Residency is seeking ambitious, results-oriented Real Estate Sales Agents to join its expanding sales team in Gurugram. This role involves full-time on-site responsibilities, combining office-based coordination and field engagement with prospective clients. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, customer-centric, and capable of driving sales through strategic outreach and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities Business Development • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research
• Engage and qualify leads effectively to generate property site visits and client interest Client Engagement & Sales Execution
• Conduct property presentations and walkthroughs for prospective clients
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property solutions accordingly
• Negotiate pricing, terms of sale, and contract clauses to close transactions effectively
• Provide post-sale assistance to ensure a smooth handover and client satisfaction Sales Performance & CRM
• Consistently meet or exceed defined monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of leads, opportunities, interactions, and sales conversions using CRM software
• Work closely with the marketing team to align promotional strategies and messaging Market Awareness
• Stay informed on local market dynamics, project developments, and competitor activities
• Provide market intelligence to management to support pricing and strategic decisions
Candidate Profile • 0–2 years of experience in real estate or direct sales (Real Estate experience preferred but not mandatory)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented attitude
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM platforms
• Willingness to work from the office and travel locally for client visits Compensation
• Base Salary: ₹30,000/month
• Performance Clause: Salary will be reduced by 50% if agreed sales targets are not achieved • Incentive: Attractive commissions based on successful closures Working Conditions
• Days: 6 days a week (Wednesday fixed off)
• Location: Sector 47, Gurugram (on-site only) • Reporting To: Sales Manager, Garg Residency
