Project Site Locations: North & East Bangalore
CTC: ₹7.2 – ₹9 LPA + Attractive Incentives

We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Team Leader – Sales to manage a high-performing sales team for a key mandate project. This role requires a sharp sales strategist with a strong background in real estate, people management, and operations oversight.
Lead and manage a team of real estate sales executives to meet and exceed revenue targets
Take ownership of sales performance for key projects in North & East Bangalore
Drive the full sales cycle: lead generation, follow-ups, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures
Train, mentor, and scale the sales team as per business needs
Liaise with developers, marketing teams, and internal stakeholders for pricing, inventory, and promotional campaigns
Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales performance, forecast pipelines, and ensure CRM hygiene
Ensure top-tier customer experience from inquiry to post-sales follow-up
Travel to project sites and client meetings as required
4+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or team handling role
Proven track record of closing high-value deals and meeting targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting
Ability to lead from the front and motivate the team
Willingness to travel within North & East Bangalore
