We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, advising clients on market conditions, conducting property viewings, and negotiating sales to close deals. You should have a passion for sales, real estate, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing.
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
Guide clients through the buying or selling process, from property search to closing.
Conduct market research to determine property value and trends.
Organize and conduct property tours and open houses.
Negotiate offers and contracts with buyers and sellers.
Maintain and update listings of available properties.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with mortgage brokers, attorneys, escrow companies, and other stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
