Arihant Group is a leading name in premium real estate in Jaipur, known for delivering landmark residential and commercial projects. We are expanding our team for our flagship developments Avana and Arihant Legacy and are seeking ambitious sales professionals to join us.
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Executive to manage direct property sales, lead management, customer presentations, and closures for our premium residential projects. The role also involves coordination with digital marketing and CRM operations to support senior management in strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound telecalls to prospective leads from company databases.
• Invite customers for project site visits and manage visits as per company SOP.
• Deliver impactful presentations to customers explaining project features, pricing, and benefits.
• Maintain accurate records and update lead progress regularly in the CRM system.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to nurture and influence their buying decision.
Coordinate with the •Conversion Manager•• for final negotiation and closing meetings.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align sales efforts with ongoing campaigns and provide ground-level feedback.
• Support in developing and executing digital marketing strategies in coordination with senior management.
• Assist the Senior Manager in CRM data management, campaign performance tracking, and reporting analytics.
• Stay updated on product offerings, market trends, and competitor activity.
Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong communication skills in Hindi & English
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and influencing abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in CRM systems (training provided)
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Quick learner and adaptable to dynamic market environments
• Team player with coordination and reporting abilities
Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience (real estate experience preferred)
• Age: 23–35 years preferred
• Must be comfortable working on Sundays (weekly offs provided on weekdays)
• Immediate joiners will be given preference
Work Details
• Location: On-site (Avana & Arihant Legacy, Jaipur) + Office
• Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
• Weekly Offs: 4 per month (weekday rotation)
• Salary & Incentives: ₹22,000/month fixed + 0.25% incentive per unit sold
