Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities and revenue streams
Build and manage relationships with channel partners, brokers, and IPCs (e.g., JLL, CBRE)
Drive lead generation through alliances, referrals, and partnerships
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Develop and implement sales and expansion strategies
Negotiate and finalize business deals and partnerships
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, legal) for execution
Organize events, activations, and networking opportunities
Track performance of channel partners and ensure target achievement
Prepare reports, MIS, and business forecasts
