Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of real estate sales executives.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.

• Generate leads through networking, digital platforms, and field activities.

• Build strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service.

• Conduct site visits, handle client negotiations, and close deals.

• Monitor team performance and provide training and guidance.

• Coordinate with marketing and operations for lead conversion.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).

• 5+ years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Deep knowledge of property sales process and local market trends.

• Ability to drive team performance under pressure.
