Role: Drive residential sales revenue by advising clients, showcasing properties, managing site visits, and supporting negotiations for closures.

Key Work:

• Client consultation & property recommendations

• Meetings, follow-ups, closures

• Negotiation support (pricing/home loan/doc basics)

• Site visits & presentations

• Channel partner/broker network + lead generation

• Cold calling/referrals/events + pipeline reporting

Eligibility: Graduate | 2–5years in residential real estate sales
