We are looking for a highly motivated Real Estate Sales Executive Responsible for promoting and selling newly launched and under-construction residential/commercial projects. The role requires working closely with builders, channel partners, and clients to drive primary sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on leads from digital marketing, events, and channel partners.

• Pitch upcoming/newly launched projects to potential clients.

• Conduct project presentations, explain floor plans, pricing, payment plans, and USPs.

• Arrange and conduct site visits at builder projects.

• Maintain strong relations with builder sales teams and update on project inventory.

• Ensure timely booking formalities, documentation, and payment follow-ups.

• Achieve monthly booking targets and contribute to revenue growth.

• Proven experience in sales or business development.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

• Must have two \ four-wheeler.
