डील्स क्लोज करना: सेल्स नेगोशिएशन करना और डील को सफलतापूर्वक क्लोज करना।

रिलेशनशिप बिल्डिंग: ग्राहकों के साथ लंबे समय तक अच्छे संबंध बनाए रखना ताकि रेफरल्स मिल सकें।

मार्केट रिसर्च: रियल एस्टेट ट्रेंड्स, मार्केट रेट्स और कॉम्पिटिटर्स पर नज़र रखना।
