About the Role

BuyBuzz Infra LLP is looking for an energetic, target-driven, and confident Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team in Gurugram. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy meeting people, and have a passion for sales and real estate, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities

Generate and follow up on leads through calls, references, and other channels.
Understand clients' property requirements and suggest suitable options.
Conduct property visits and site visits with prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Handle the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and provide excellent customer service.
Stay updated on current real estate projects, market trends, pricing, and inventory.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Candidate Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Sales-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven personality.
Prior experience in real estate sales, property sales, or direct sales will be an advantage.
Must have a personal vehicle (two-wheeler/four-wheeler) for client meetings and site visits.
Comfortable travelling within Gurugram and nearby locations.
Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to build a career in real estate may also apply.
