Job Responsibilities:

Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, tools, and equipment required by the company.

Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement.

Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.

Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and maintain records of goods ordered and received.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with store/warehouse teams to replenish stock.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in procurement.

Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.

Resolve vendor or contractor grievances and claims against suppliers.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in purchase/procurement.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Good knowledge of vendor sourcing and market research.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
