Comfortable with CRM tools, WhatsApp follow-ups, Google Sheets

Ability to show homes via video calls if needed

Roles & Responsibilities : Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead Conversion & Site Visits

Follow up on inquiries from portals, social media, or walk-ins

Schedule and conduct site visits

Present property benefits, amenities, pricing, payment terms

Client Coordination

Understand client requirements and offer suitable units

Maintain timely and professional communication

Assist during documentation, booking, and registration

Sales Closure

Negotiate pricing and payment terms within company guidelines

Follow up till final closure

Coordinate with backend for invoice, agreement, and handover

Market Research & Reporting

Monitor competitor projects and market trends

Share weekly updates with the management on leads, visits, and sales progress

Post-Sales Support

Ensure smooth transition post-booking

Help coordinate with the CRM/legal/registration team if needed

Project Understanding

Know every detail of the residential project (USPs, pricing, stage, specifications, legal docs)

Be the go-to point of contact for prospects interested in the project

Package : 3 lacs to 4 lacs

Incentives : Minimum 75k to 9 lacs depend on individuals

Allowance : Apart from salary 2k for petrol allowance and 1k for food allowance every month
