Negotiation & Closing Deals
Negotiate booking terms, price, factory selection (if applicable), and successfully close apartment sales in alignment with internal bidding or approvals.
Documentation & Compliance
Manage sales documentation, booking agreements, payment receipts, RERA compliance, and coordinate with legal and finance teams.
Follow-Up & Customer Relationship
Facilitate post-sales activities including follow-up visits, connection to delivery and possession stages, and ensuring customer satisfaction during the handover process.
Market Analysis & Reporting
Monitor local real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback; maintain records of sales performance and forecast pipelines using CRM systems.
