Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Apartment Sales Executive with prior experience exclusively in residential apartment sales (new or resale) to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales lifecycle—from lead generation and client engagement to negotiation, booking, and handover—ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Qualification
    Engage with prospective homebuyers via referral networks, site visits, property portals, and channel partners to build a qualified sales pipeline. buildersandbrokers.com+6Expertia+6Apna+6

  • Client Presentations & Site Tours
    Conduct property showings and walkthroughs, effectively communicating features, specifications, pricing, and payment terms of apartment projects. buildersandbrokers.comstarestate.in

  • Negotiation & Closing Deals
    Negotiate booking terms, price, factory selection (if applicable), and successfully close apartment sales in alignment with internal bidding or approvals.

  • Documentation & Compliance
    Manage sales documentation, booking agreements, payment receipts, RERA compliance, and coordinate with legal and finance teams.

  • Follow-Up & Customer Relationship
    Facilitate post-sales activities including follow-up visits, connection to delivery and possession stages, and ensuring customer satisfaction during the handover process.

  • Market Analysis & Reporting
    Monitor local real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback; maintain records of sales performance and forecast pipelines using CRM systems.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Proven track record of selling residential apartments (new launches or resale). Candidates with only experience in apartments will be prioritized. jobs.pre

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or allied fields preferred.

  • Professional Skills:

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

    • Ability to handle price negotiations, objections, and closings with professionalism

    • Knowledge of local property regulations, RERA norms, and financing structures

    • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, C4C), Microsoft Office, and real estate platforms

  • Mobility: Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel for client visits and site meetings.
