• Tenant Relations:

  • Addressing tenant concerns, mediating disputes, and enforcing property rules. 

  • Maintaining positive relationships with tenants. 

• Property Maintenance:

  • Overseeing property maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. 

  • Contracting with vendors and contractors for maintenance services. 

  • Ensuring properties are well-maintained and in compliance with regulations. 

• Leasing and Occupancy:

  • Marketing vacant properties and finding tenants. 

  • Negotiating and managing leases. 

• Compliance and Legal:

  • Understanding and adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and policies. 

  • Ensuring properties meet safety and security standards. 

• Leadership and Supervision:

  • May oversee and supervise other property managers, leasing agents, and maintenance staff. 

  • Evaluating performance and providing training. 

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in property management, including experience with multiple properties.

• Strong understanding of property management principles, financial concepts, and relevant laws.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
