Property Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Generate residential property sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.

• Handle prospective buyers and explain suitable residential property options.

• Follow up on pre-generated leads received through digital marketing platforms.

• Understand customer requirements, budgets, and investment preferences.

• Schedule client meetings, conduct property site visits, and convert leads into sales.

• Build and maintain relationships with property developers, investors, and customers.

• Negotiate property deals and advise customers on market trends and pricing.

• Provide personalized property consultation to HNI clients and prospective investors.

• Coordinate with internal CRM and operations teams to ensure smooth post-sales service.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and ensure timely closure of deals.
  

Required Skills

• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Experience in residential real estate sales or property consulting preferred.

• Ability to handle HNI clients and build long-term customer relationships.

• Target-oriented approach with a passion for sales.

• Confident, presentable, and proactive personality.

• Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

• Must own a two-wheeler or car with a valid driving licence and vehicle documents.
