Qualification:
★ Background in Residential, Commercial, or Warehouse Leasing.
★ Local Noida resident or someone with deep local market insight.
★ Flexible for on-ground activity and quick decision-making.
★ Minimum 2–5 years of experience in property leasing within Noida, across residential and
commercial segments.
★ Established brokerage and corporate network in Noida (not broader
★ Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
★ Familiarity with leasing documentation, CRM tools, and MS Office.

Roles & Responsibilities of Leasing Executive ( Real Estate Sales)
📌 Leverage & Expand Broker Network
● Utilize your existing broker relationships in Noida to source qualified tenant leads.
● Proactively build new connections within the local broker community.
● Maintain regular engagement with brokers for consistent deal flow across residential, commercial,
and warehouse segments.
🏢 Conduct Site Visits & Close Deals
● Schedule and lead property tours for prospective tenants.
● Present properties effectively, highlighting USPs and addressing tenant queries.
● Follow up consistently and convert visits into successful lease closures.
📝 Negotiate & Finalize Agreements
● Negotiate rental rates, lock-in periods, and key terms with tenants.
● Coordinate with legal/admin teams to finalize and execute lease agreements.
● Ensure compliance with internal leasing policies and processes.
📊 Maintain CRM & Documentation
● Keep all property listings, tenant leads, and deal status updated in the CRM system.
● Store and manage documentation related to lease agreements, KYC, and payment terms.
📍 Conduct Market Research
● Monitor local rental trends and pricing benchmarks in key Noida sectors.
● Provide insights to optimize rental pricing and marketing strategies.
● Track competitor activity and new developments in the area.
⏱️ Ensure Timely Leasing & Vacancy Management
● Work towards minimizing property vacancy timelines.
● Prioritize high-value and long-vacant listings for faster turnaround.
● Report weekly leasing status and deal pipeline to management.
