Position Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and proactive Feet on Ground Executives to join our team. This role is pivotal in creating Ayushman Bharat Health Account (ABHA) registrations, conducting health surveys at various crowded places, visiting door to door, facilitating store staff in organizing health check-up camps, generating sales leads, and creating awareness about Davadost Pharma Pvt. Ltd. among the community.
Key Responsibilities
ABHA Registration:
Promote and assist in the registration of Ayushman Bharat Health Accounts (ABHA) among the community.
Educate individuals on the benefits of ABHA and guide them through the registration process.
Health Surveys:
Conduct health surveys at various crowded places such as markets, public events, and communities.
Collect and record health-related data accurately and efficiently.
Door-to-Door Visits:
Visit households to create awareness about Davadost Pharma Pvt. Ltd.'s services and products.
Educate residents about health check-up camps, ABHA registration, and other health initiatives.
Health Check-Up Camps:
Facilitate store staff in organizing health check-up camps at various locations.
Assist in setting up and managing the logistics of health camps to ensure smooth operations.
Sales Leads Generation:
Generate and follow up on sales leads obtained through health surveys and door-to-door visits.
Provide information to potential customers about Davadost Pharma’s offerings.
Community Awareness:
Create awareness about Davadost Pharma Pvt. Ltd. by distributing promotional materials and engaging with the community.
Build and maintain positive relationships with community members to promote trust and engagement.
Reporting and Feedback:
Compile and submit detailed reports on daily activities, survey data, and feedback from the community.
Provide insights and suggestions for improving community outreach and engagement strategies.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role involving fieldwork, community engagement, or healthcare initiatives.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
