Job Summary
The Promoter is responsible for representing the company’s products and brand in retail stores, events, or promotional activities. The role involves engaging with customers, demonstrating products, increasing sales, and building a positive brand image.
2 Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement
Approach and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Provide product demonstrations and share detailed product information.
Promote products to increase sales and meet daily/weekly sales targets.
Create product awareness through presentations and live demos.
Upsell and cross-sell where possible.
Ensure products are properly displayed and well-arranged.
Maintain cleanliness and attractiveness of the counter or promotional area.
Ensure availability of stock on display.
Keep track of daily sales and customer feedback.
Submit daily/weekly reports to the supervisor or manager.
Inform management about customer issues, product demand, or competitor activity.
Follow company guidelines, grooming standards, and behavior protocols.
Maintain a positive attitude and represent the brand professionally.
Attend training sessions and team meetings when required.
Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of sales techniques.
Confident, energetic, and customer-friendly attitude.
Ability to handle customer queries and persuade them effectively.
