Key Responsibilities
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for personal care products in a designated territory.
Distribution Management: Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail outlets; drive primary and secondary sales.
Market Coverage: Expand network by onboarding new retailers and ensuring effective outlet coverage.
Merchandising & Visibility: Ensure product availability, optimal shelf visibility, and placement of marketing materials in outlets.
Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and retailers.
New Product Launches: Execute the rollout of new products (NPIs) effectively in the territory.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, prices, and promotions, providing timely insights to management.
Distributor Operations: Ensure timely collection and adherence to company credit policies.
Key Requirements
Experience: 0–1 years of relevant experience in FMCG and personal care sales.
Education: 12th or Above.
Skills: Strong understanding of distribution management, retail execution, and sales analytics.
Geographical Knowledge: Sound knowledge of the assigned territory.
Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
