Job Title: Project Sales Manager – Kitchen Sinks & Sanitaryware

Experience Required: 4–8 years (preferably in building materials or sanitaryware industry)
Job Purpose:
To drive project-based sales of kitchen sinks, sanitaryware, and related products by building strong relationships with key stakeholders such as builders, architects, interior designers, plumbing consultants, and contractors. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and closing project opportunities, ensuring brand specifications, and achieving sales targets in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Sales:
Identify and pursue B2B project opportunities in residential, commercial, and hospitality segments.
Generate leads through direct visits, references, and cold calling.
Pitch product solutions to decision-makers (builders, architects, PMC, etc.).
Ensure the brand’s products are specified and finalized in project BOQs.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including developers, architects, and consultants.
Organize product presentations, mock-ups, and technical discussions as required.
Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and close deals.
Market Intelligence:
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and new product introductions.
Provide feedback to marketing and product development teams.
Sales Administration:
Prepare sales forecasts, daily reports, and monthly MIS.
Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, technical, customer service) for timely deliveries and issue resolution.
Ensure timely collection of payments as per agreed terms.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of sanitaryware/kitchen sink industry or building materials.
Existing network of architects, developers, and contractors is a strong plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage sales cycle from lead generation to final order.
Goal-oriented with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline
4–8 years of experience in B2B project sales, preferably in sanitaryware, CP fittings, tiles, or allied industries.
