About Us:
Mohan Metal Industry is a leading manufacturer of Sanitary Ware & Door Hardware products. With a strong presence in the building materials sector, we are looking to expand our OEM business network across India.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) sales for sanitary ware & door hardware products.
Identify and onboard new OEM clients across Pan India.
Maintain and grow business with existing OEM partners.
Achieve sales targets and expand market share in assigned regions.
Travel extensively across India to meet clients, attend industry exhibitions, and explore new opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in OEM Sales / Institutional Sales / B2B Sales (preferably in building materials, hardware, or sanitary industry).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel Pan India extensively.
Self-driven and target-oriented personality.
