We are looking for a young, energetic, and confident Field Executive to help us grow our home and electrical automation business in Lucknow. This is an exciting opportunity for freshgraduates who want to start their career in marketing, business development, and customer engagement. You’ll be trained to understand our products and then represent us in the field to educate and engage potential customers.🔧 Key Responsibilities:

·         Do basic market research in your area to find where smart home/electrical automation can be useful (like in new buildings, renovation sites, shops, offices, etc.).

·         Approach identified potential customers like builders, home owners, interior designers, and explain how automation solutions can help them.

·         Educate people about our smart products (like touch switches, smart switches, lighting, sensors, devices etc) in a simple and confident way.

·         Give basic live demos and explain product benefits clearly—such as safety, energy savings, and comfort.

·         Share product brochures, videos, and presentations to generate interest.

·         Collect details ofcustomers (leads) and make a database.

·         Mark interested customers and start follow-ups and help convert leads into actual customers.

·         Share daily updates, customer feedback, and field learnings with your team leader.

🧑‍💼 Candidate Profile:

·         Education: Any graduate having interest in sales and marketing.

·         Good communication and basic presentation skills.

·         Friendly attitude and eagerness to learn new things.

·         Should be comfortable doing field work in local areas.

·         Basic understanding or interest in smart home/electrical products is a plus.

·         Knowledge of Hindi and basic English.

💼 Job Details:

·         Job Type: Full-time

·         Working Days: 6 days/week

·         Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (flexible as per field work)

·         Location: Based in Lucknow with local area.

·         Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000/month (based on skills & performance) + travel allowance

·         Performance based salary increments and incentives
