Job Summary:
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing swimming pool construction and related projects from initiation to completion. The role involves managing site activities, coordinating with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
• Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities from start to completion.
• Ensure timely execution of swimming pool, civil, plumbing, waterproofing, and finishing works.
• Develop project timelines and allocate resources effectively.
Site Management
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues to avoid project delays.
Team & Vendor Coordination
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, contractors, and labor teams.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships for timely procurement of materials.
• Ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.
Client Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
• Provide regular project updates and address client concerns promptly.
• Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Quality & Safety Management
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and project specifications.
• Monitor safety practices and ensure adherence to site safety regulations.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks during various project stages.
Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare project progress reports and status updates.
• Maintain project documentation, work reports, material records, and site records.
• Track project costs, budgets, and resource utilization.
