Product Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair industrial equipment and systems.

• Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown troubleshooting at customer sites.

• Diagnose technical faults and provide effective solutions.

• Handle servicing and maintenance of UPS systems, electrical panels, HVAC equipment, motors, pumps, and fire fighting systems, as per technical expertise.

• Conduct site visits for equipment inspection, servicing, and fault identification.

• Perform equipment testing, commissioning, and performance checks.

• Maintain service reports, maintenance records, and customer visit details.

• Coordinate with customers to understand technical issues and resolve complaints on time.

• Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding equipment operation and maintenance.

• Coordinate with the sales, project, and technical teams for service requirements.

• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures.

• Prepare service reports, identify spare parts requirements, and submit service recommendations.

• Ensure timely completion of service calls and maintain customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of industrial electrical equipment and troubleshooting.

• Practical experience in installation, maintenance, and repair.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Ability to read electrical drawings and technical manuals.

• Willingness to travel to industrial customer sites as required.
