What You’ll Do: 

• Lead a team of on-ground sales reps, guide their daily goals.

• Plan and cover assigned routes to boost sales visibility. 

• Build strong relationship with customers.

• Visit clients, demo products, and lock key accounts. 

• Track numbers, share simple updates with leadership. 

• Manage a team of field executives to drive daily sales. 

• Ensure area coverage and customer visits as per plan.

• 2+ years in sales, team lead experience is a plus.

• Local candidate required.

• Graduation is mandatory. 

• Confident with people, quick to build trust.

• Knows the local area well, speaks the local language.
