About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Technical Pre-Sales Executive to support the sales team by understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable technology solutions. The role involves assisting with client interactions, solution presentations, technical proposals, and collaborating with internal teams. It is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in technical consulting and pre-sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.
• Participate in client meetings, discovery calls, and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Prepare solution presentations, product demonstrations, and technical documentation for prospective clients.
• Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to design solution approaches aligned with client needs.
• Assist in preparing proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, technical quotations, and scope documents.
• Conduct research on customer environments, industry trends, and competitor solutions.
• Support proof-of-concepts (POCs), product evaluations, and technical discussions during the sales cycle.
• Maintain documentation of client requirements, solution designs, and pre-sales activities.
• Stay updated on the company's products, services, and emerging technologies to effectively support customer engagements.
Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in pre-sales, technical support, solution consulting, or a related customer-facing technical role.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, enterprise applications, or digital transformation solutions is an advantage.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
