Pre-Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident, smart, and presentable female candidate who can represent our brand Xtrows and demonstrate our range of products like Digital Kiosks, Interactive Panels, Digital Podiums, and AI-based solutions for education and corporate use. The role involves recording videos, live demonstrations, and pre-sales support to generate inquiries and help close orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present products on video (demo shoots, explainer videos, live demos).

• Create short promotional videos and reels for digital marketing.

• Attend client meetings (online/in-person) to showcase product features.

• Support the sales team by providing product walkthroughs and FAQs.

• Coordinate with marketing to plan content and presentations.

• Maintain a professional appearance and positive brand image.

Required Profile:

• Educational Qualification: Graduate (preferably in Mass Comm, Marketing, BBA, or similar).

• Experience: Fresher or experienced in product demonstration, anchoring, customer care, event hosting, or tele-sales.

• Communication: Excellent spoken English and Hindi.

• Appearance: Well-groomed and camera-friendly.

• Confidence: Comfortable facing the camera and speaking in front of clients.

• Tech-savvy: Basic knowledge of digital products, apps, or gadgets.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience in anchoring, acting, or YouTube/Instagram Reels.

• Knowledge of EdTech or Digital Display Products.

• Multilingual (Telugu or other Indian languages is a plus).

• Basic video editing or scripting skills.
