About the Company

We are a growing company providing CCTV Camera and Surveillance System solutions on both rental and permanent installation basis for businesses, offices, factories, warehouses, institutions and other commercial requirements.

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Presales & Marketing Executive who can handle customer communication, lead generation, presales activities and field marketing along with office-based work.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through online, offline and field marketing activities.

• Handle incoming enquiries and understand customer requirements.

• Conduct presales discussions and explain suitable CCTV & Surveillance solutions.

• Coordinate with the sales/technical team for quotations, site visits and proposals.

• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Conduct field visits to generate leads and explore new business opportunities.

• Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.

• Prepare and share quotations, proposals and product/service information.

• Communicate the benefits of CCTV rental and permanent installation solutions.

• Negotiate with customers and help close deals.

• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and customer interactions.

• Use modern AI tools for marketing, lead generation, research, content creation, productivity and sales support.

Must-Have Skills

AI Tools Knowledge is Mandatory — ChatGPT Alone Is Not Considered Sufficient.

Candidates must have practical knowledge of multiple latest AI tools and be comfortable learning and using new AI-powered tools for business, sales and marketing activities.

Examples include AI tools for:

• Lead generation & prospect research

• Digital marketing

• Content creation

• Presentation/proposal creation

• Market research

• Sales productivity

• Data analysis

• Email & communication automation

• Image/video/content creation

• CRM and business productivity

Candidates should be able to demonstrate how they have used AI tools practically.

Sales & Communication Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic understanding of sales and presales processes.

• Lead generation and follow-up skills.

• Customer handling skills.

• Good negotiation and convincing ability.

• Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend solutions.

• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

• Willingness to learn CCTV and surveillance products/services.

Work Requirements

• Candidate must be open to both field and office work.

• Regular field visits may be required for lead generation, customer meetings and business development.

• Candidates should be comfortable interacting with business owners, managers, purchase teams and other decision-makers.

• Candidates from Delhi NCR preferred.

• Candidates living near North West Delhi / Wazirpur Industrial Area / Ashok Vihar will be preferred.

Eligibility

Freshers

Freshers with a relevant graduate degree and good communication skills are welcome.

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Experienced Candidates

Candidates with relevant experience in sales, presales, marketing, lead generation, CCTV/security systems or B2B sales can apply.

Salary: Based on interview, relevant skills and previous work experience.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in IT / Information Technology

• Graduate in Marketing

• B.Tech

• Other relevant graduate qualifications may be considered based on skills and experience.
