✅ Key Responsibilities:Lead Management: . Handle incoming leads from online portals, social media, and marketing campaigns.* Call, qualify, and follow up with prospects to understand their requirements.* Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate lead information and interaction logs.* Client Engagement:* Explain project features, pricing, and USP (Unique Selling Points) over phone or email.* Schedule site visits with the sales team or directly with clients.* Share brochures, floor plans, pricing sheets, and other documentation with potential buyers.* Coordination:* Work closely with field sales team to hand over qualified leads.* Coordinate between marketing and sales departments to ensure campaign ROI.* Target Achievement:* Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and conversions to site visits.* Track lead conversion rates and identify areas for improvement.* Market Knowledge:* Stay updated on current real estate projects, pricing, offers, and competitors.
