We’re seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Pre-Sales member to join our growing team and serve as the bridge between client requirements and design solutions.

🔹 Role Overview:

We’re hiring smart, driven individuals to join our Sales & Presales team. You’ll handle incoming leads, qualify them, present our offerings, and close deals. A perfect role for those passionate about interiors and client interaction.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in client meetings by gathering requirements and understanding design expectations

Handle inbound leads via website, WhatsApp, phone, CPs, Builders etc.

Qualify leads based on budget, location, timeline, and service needs

Educate clients on Krish-V’s unique offerings (factory advantage, process flow, materials)

Schedule consultations, site visits, and Experience Centre walkthroughs

Maintain lead records in CRM and follow up regularly

Coordinate with design and estimation teams for proposal creation

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

🔹 Requirements:

* Strong communication & people skills

* 1 year of experience in pre-sales or client servicing (preferably in interior design, architecture, or fit-out industry)

* Basic understanding of design is a plus

* Fluent in English, Hindi, Tamil & Kannada
