Talk to the leads generated by marketing team & explain the project .

Convince them for the site visits .

Take prospects for site visits answering all relevant queries in the process.

Minimum qualification graduate from any discipline.strong communication skills ,customer centric approach proficiency in job skills is an added advantage.
