Job Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, identify their needs, qualify leads, and create a pipeline for the next steps in the sales process.
Perform timely follow-ups to ensure each enquiry progresses or is closed appropriately.
Meet and exceed targets for site visits generated.
Stay updated on company offerings as well as competitor products.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
Participate in events, conferences, and project launches when required.
