Job Description:
Calling leads, Handle inbound and outbound calls, .
Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements and preferences.
Arrange and schedule site visits with clients and coordinate with the sales team.
Ensure tight and consistent follow-ups to improve conversions.
Share property details, brochures, pricing, and relevant information with prospects.
Update and maintain lead data accurately in the CRM system.
Achieve individual targets for site visits and bookings.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate pre-sales.
Proven experience in real estate pre-sales.
Proficiency in CRM/lead management tools and Google Workspace (Drive/Docs/Sheets).
Strong communication and client-handling skills.
Target-oriented, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
Strong local market knowledge of Pune real estate.
