We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to support our sales team in managing client inquiries, qualifying leads, and providing accurate project information. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to build rapport with potential buyers to drive conversions.
Calling potential customers, generate leads, Convince them for site visit.
Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, budget, and preferences.
Provide detailed information on available real estate projects, pricing, amenities, and possession timelines.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer details and follow-up information.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover.
Follow up with prospective clients to nurture interest and improve lead conversion rates.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive brand image.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in pre-sales, tele-sales, or customer service (real estate industry preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of residential and commercial real estate products.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
