Pre-Sales (Core):
Handle inbound leads from digital platforms, calls, WhatsApp
Qualify prospects based on budget, intent, timeline
Daily calling, follow-ups, and CRM updates
Coordinate site visits with sales advisors
Maintain clean lead data and conversion tracking
Field Work (Mandatory):
Accompany clients for site visits when required
Coordinate with developers, channel partners, site offices
Collect project updates, inventory status, pricing changes
Be present on-site during peak visit days (weekends)
1+ year experience in Navi Mumbai real estate
Strong knowledge of locations: Vashi, Nerul, Seawoods, Kharghar, Ulwe, Panvel
Comfortable with calling targets & follow-ups
Clear communication in Hindi & English (Marathi is a plus)
Willingness to work weekends (real estate rule, not ours)
