Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers to introduce products/services.
Understand client requirements and provide basic product/service information.
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments or demos for the sales team.
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate information on leads and prospects.
Follow up with leads via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation.
Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads generated, and meetings
scheduled.
Gather market intelligence and share feedback with the sales and marketing teams.
