About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Pre-Sales Executive with strong cold calling
experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads,
qualifying prospects, and setting up meetings for the sales team through proactive outbound
communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers to introduce products/services.
Understand client requirements and provide basic product/service information.
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments or demos for the sales team.
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate information on leads and prospects.
Follow up with leads via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation.
Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads generated, and meetings
scheduled.
Gather market intelligence and share feedback with the sales and marketing teams.
Requirements:
Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, inside sales, or pre-sales roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.Comfortable working with CRM software and basic MS Office tools.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preffered
