Jobs Roles & Responsibility
o EMI Collection Management:
• Effectively manage and oversee the end-to-end EMI collection process.
• Monitor and ensure timely and accurate collection of EMIs from customers.
o Customer Interaction:
• Communicate with customers in a professional and empathetic manner to discuss overdue payments and resolve payment-related issues.
• Provide assistance and guidance to customers in financial difficulties, exploring potential repayment plans.
o Documentation and Record Keeping:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of EMI collections, payments, and customer interactions.
• Prepare reports on EMI collection performance and present findings to management as required.
o Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with other departments, such as finance, sales, customer service, and legal, to streamline the EMI collection process.
• Work closely with team members to share insights and strategies for improving overall collection efficiency.
Qualifications:
Education:
● Bachelor’s degree in [relevant field] or equivalent practical experience.
Experience:
● Minimum of 2 years of experience in a collection background, with a focus on EMI collection.
● Proven track record of meeting collection targets and improving collection processes.
Communication Skills:
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Ability to negotiate and persuade customers effectively.
● Should be confident in speaking with Senior CXOs.
