About the Role

We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-spoken female Pre-Sales Executive with excellent English communication skills to support our sales and client engagement initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, presenting ideas, and building client relationships. Freshers with strong communication and presentation abilities are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

● Assist the sales team in understanding client needs and preparing customized proposals and presentations.

● Engage with clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to explain company products and services.

● Support in creating marketing and pre-sales materials such as pitch decks, RFP responses, and solution briefs.

● Coordinate with internal teams to gather inputs and ensure proposals meet client requirements.

● Conduct research on industries, clients, and competitors to help strengthen business proposals.

● Maintain client interaction records and follow-up updates in the CRM system.

● Participate in sales meetings, events, and client presentations as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

● Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or any relevant field.

● Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with strong English communication skills are encouraged to apply).

● Excellent command of spoken and written English.

● Strong interpersonal, presentation, and client-handling skills.

● Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

● Enthusiastic, well-groomed, and confident in client-facing interactions.
