Portfolio loan officer

Job Role:

• Drive and achieve recovery targets for unsecured group and individual loans(90 +customers)

• Ensure exceptional customer service and act as a point of contact for any concerns or grievances of customers

• Ensure completion of all documentation requirements according to the company policy and adherence to all compliance/regulatory guidelines

• Perform other duties as assigned

Eligibility:

• Collection/Recovery experience of minimum 6 months to 2 years

• Freshers interested to make their Career in Sales/Collections can also apply 

• Should have a 2- wheeler and a valid Driving License

• Good communication skills(local language)

Note:

• If Budget is 1 PLO for concerned branch, then we should hire min 1-year experienced candidate. If budget is 2 we can mix fresher & experience.

• For PLO Age can considerable maximum 34 years- if candidate is experienced.

• Please look at Recovery agents/collection officers from financial institutions/NBFCs. You may look at DSAs who have recovery Agents as they work for Banks mainly for credit cards.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 0 - 6+ years Experience.
