Outside Sales Manager to lead and grow our field sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of outside sales representatives to achieve sales targets.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in assigned territories.

• Conduct regular field visits with sales reps to support client meetings and provide coaching.

• Monitor team performance and generate reports on sales metrics and forecasts.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for expansion.

• Recruit and onboard new sales team members as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream.

• 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing in any sector.

• Must have own bike and valid DL.

• Local Candidate hire first.
